Our Founding Members
I am a traveller with a nomad, free soul! I have developed certain skills through collaborating with a lot of organisations and networks of civil society on 3 continents ever since 2003. I have had different roles: I have been a volunteer for any necessary task, I have been a facilitator, a coordinator, provided consultancy etc and all this experience also reflects my work at A.R.T. Fusion at the moment. I am one of the founding members and I am now involved in the strategic development of the association, in conceiving projects ideas, project writing and developing support educational tools for our local or international projects. The themes and actions areas that are very close to my heart are Global Education, the Oppressed Theater methods, street campaigns, critical thinking, diversity in all its forms and intercontinental cooperation.
A graduate of the Department of Psychology and Educational Sciences, majored in Psychology at the University of Bucharest, Laura is a founding member of A.R.T. Fusion and a collaborator with the PR Department. She has been volunteering with NGOs since 2003, accumulating experience in animation and social theatre. Starting in 2005, however, she chose a business career in Human Resources, staying present nonetheless in the association’s endeavours through board meetings and public events.
I am a direct person, but with humor, I always offer creative ideas, good advice and I like learning experiences. That's what I did at the association, I learned. I am a founding member and President of the A.R.T. Fusion since 2005. I contributed to the management of the organization by: writing and implementing projects, attracting funds, organizational development and strategies, representation, developing forum theater manuals and visibility materials. I bring with me 16 years of experience in the non-governmental field, having concerns in promoting good practices in volunteering (national and international), developing projects and standards for corporate volunteering, delivering training on various topics (non-formal education, forum theater, project writing, volunteer management, coaching and mentoring for youth, training of youth workers) and organizational management consulting. I studied Psychology and then Managerial Communication and Human Resources. I held the position of Communication Director at Pro Vobis - NRCV and I was Vice President of the Federation VOLUM. I also had the chance to work in the administrative field, being for one year an advisor to the Secretary of State for Youth Policies within the Ministry of Youth and Sports. I am currently a trainer in the ERASMUS + and ESC network in Romania, and involved in various consulting and development projects in education, volunteering and youth. I strongly believe that the change through the theater of the oppressed is profound and that people can empower themselves when they are supported to take action.
I am a founding member and a huge A.R.T. Fusion fan. I have graduated from the Economic Science Faculty - Babeș Bolyai Cluj-Napoca and the master’s program in the field of Project Management and Communication Campaigns - FJSC, Bucharest. Within A.R.T. Fusion, I have been very actively involved in the first 8 years in a few projects that are still close to my heart, such as “You’re a spectator! Take some Artitude”, national and international training courses in Forum Theatre and and in the promotion projects for the Human Library on a national level in 2009-2012. I am a trainer and a joker in the Human Library and Forum Theatre methods.
I have broad experience in the non-formal education field, I have been active as an ANPCDEFP trainer since 2007 and as a Program Director and a developer in educational resources for the New Horizons Foundation. I live in Băile Tușnad, where I have also developed local initiatives with A.R.T. Fusion, such as Human Libraries, camps for children, experimental activities through adventurous methods in international projects.

Radu Neagu is a founding member of A.R.T. Take ARTItude 2007-2008, FanFest 2007-2008, StufStock 2008, Verde STOP 2008. In his 32 years so far he has made for himself a career as an accomplished percussionist, as he started playing at the age of 15. He played for a while with Novocaine and Crize, and at the moment he is a member or DUTEVINO (drums) and LEMON (drums, guitar, voice). Between 2007 and 2011 he worked as a musical producer and sound engineer for over 25 musical projects (songs and whole albums), and with over 15 Romanian and foreign artists, within LEMON STUDIOS.
I work in NGOs and I am a psychotherapist, a traveller and an explorer of cultures.
I am happy and proud to be among the 7 founding members of A.R.T. Fusion. I have 16 years experience in the non-governmental sector, and I have had the opportunity to be part of the development of educational and social programs on national and international levels. Within A.R.T Fusion, I have contributed in the first years to the implementation of the Forum Theater method in Romania, as a method of intervention and social change. I used to be a formator and actrice for Forum Theatre, as well coordinator of volunteers. After this, my contribution focused on fundraising activities (project writing), mentorship and strategic development. Since 2003, I have been involved in different NGOs on national and European levels. I have had the opportunity to collaborate, as a volunteer, program coordinator and grants officer with different Romanian organizations (Princess Margaret Foundation, New Horizons Foundation, Soros Foundation, The Foundation for the Development of the Civil Society). In 2014, I moved to Brussels where I have coordinated ENNA until 2017, a European NGOs network. In 2017, I decided to go back to my original profession, as a psychologist and psychotherapist. However, I remained close to the sector, to the civil society and I am still involved as a member of The Donors' Circle of Brussels, a group whose mission is connecting the Romanian outside of Romania with the initiatives from within Romania. I have graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Education Science, with a degree in Psychology (University of Bucharest) and I have a master’s degree in Public Relations (SNSPA). I have experience with counseling, short psychotherapy, family therapy, therapy of the couple and of the child, and psycho-traumatology. At the moment, I live in the USA, where I keep doing what I am passionate about.
