We provide service packages on themes such as global education, sustainability, human rights.
For 15 years, A.R.T. Fusion has been involved in non-formal education activities both within schools and companies. Among the workshops we have developed, some relevant partnerships with actors from the private sphere have consisted of a series of corporate volunteering actions such as greening the Văcărești National Park with employees of EA Games Romania, in a partnership with Provobis in 2019, vocational trainings with professors regarding creative teaching methods, workshops for parents on developing communication skills and mentorship and vocational orientation for students, in a partnership with OMV Petrom, in 2018.
The methods we have been using have also been shared in several communities, during certain projects in partnerships with actors from both the civil society and the private sphere. For instance, in 2017, we have organized Forum Theatre workshops with the humanitarian organization CONCORDIA, through the support of LIDL, within the “School for life” project. During the same year, we have developed workshops in partnership with PACT approaching themes such as emotional intelligence, domestic violence and its consequences or conflict management, with the support of AVON, within the “Future inspiration” project.
The format of the global education workshops are an important part of our work and values – as we look out for the planet – approach general themes such global interdepencies, responsible resource consumption, sustainable lifestyle, global citizenship. The activities are adapted according to each target group. We also look out for people, and therefore address through workshops and trainings issues related to diversity, social inclusion, gender equality and gender-based violence, harassment and discrimination at the workplace.
For all these services that we provide, we want to achieve a list of objectives and to:
to the increase of knowledge regarding issues such as sustainability and responsibility towards the environment
to developing a responsible attitude towards sustainability and healthy lifestyles among the youth
the people, communities and the planet
to the stimulation of critical thinking and civic responsibility and engagement to the public life.
